Most often, champignons are pickled, fried and baked. Unfortunately, few people cook mushroom pate from champignons. Nevertheless, it is simple, delicious and very satisfying. It can be smeared on bread, used as a filling for eclairs, pies and pancakes.
Ingredients
- Champignons - 500 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Butter - 80 g
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Chicken eggs (hard–boiled) - 3 pieces
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 8 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the champignons and peeled onions.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until golden brown.
Add the champignons and cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Peel the eggs from the shell and slice.
Place fried mushrooms with onions, boiled eggs, butter, salt and spices in a blender bowl.
Grind with a blender until smooth. If necessary, add more spices and salt.
