To make salmon tartare even tastier and more original, all kinds of additives are used. And it's not just spices and sauces. For example, I really like to add fresh crispy cucumbers to tartare, and then I'll tell you how to do it.
Ingredients
- Salmon - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Philadelphia Cheese - 2 tsp.
- Red Caviar - 1 tsp.
- Arugula - 2 twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Lime juice (or lemon) – 1-2 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar - 2-3 drops
- Ground pink pepper - 2 pinches
- Salt - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix both types of oil, lime juice, balsamic and spices.
Very finely chop the onion, cucumbers and salmon into cubes.
Lay them out in layers in the same sequence.
Pour the dressing over the tartare and put a little Philadelphia, red caviar and arugula leaf on top.
