In the daily hustle and bustle, there is very little time left for cooking, so recipes are usually used "in a hurry". Pate with sprats and egg is one of those. To make the snack more interesting, I add melted cheese, onion and dill.
Ingredients
- Sprats (canned in oil) – 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dill - a couple of twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Open a jar of sprats, drain half of the oil.
Peel the eggs from the shell and rinse.
Finely chop the dill and peeled onion.
Place eggs, melted cheese, onion, dill and sprats in the blender bowl.
Add ground pepper, salt and grind until smooth.
