Pollock liver is a rather peculiar ingredient, and it is not always immediately obvious what exactly to do with it. Personally, I prefer to make the most delicate pate from it – this is the simplest and at the same time very tasty and versatile solution.
Ingredients
- Pollock liver - 1 bank
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and let cool.
Cut the stems of dill - they are not needed.
Beat all the ingredients for the pate in a blender.
