The recipe for this lecho ankl-bens was used by my mother. And so I also successfully return to it from year to year, because it is one of the best vegetable preparations that you can think of. All housewives have their own tricks, and this time I want to share mine with you.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix water, tomato, sugar, salt, oil and vinegar. Bring to a boil.

Arbitrarily chop all the vegetables. Send it to the tomato and cook the lecho for half an hour on low heat.

Add the garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.

Roll up the lecho ankl-bens in sterilized jars for the winter.
