Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 3 kg
- Carrots - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 kg
- Tomato paste - 500 g
- Pearl barley - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 200 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pearl barley in advance according to the instructions.
Randomly chop all the vegetables and send them to the pan.
Add the tomato, butter, sugar and salt, and bring to a boil.
Boil the billet for 40 minutes and add the pearl barley.
After 5 minutes, pour in the vinegar and after another 5 - roll up the pickle in sterile jars.
