This light salad is a real storehouse of vitamins on your table! An unusually healthy and nutritious dish will be appreciated by people who care about their health. Cooking will take no more than half an hour, and the recipe is so simple that even a child can cope with it.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 4 pcs.
- Cucumbers - 4 pcs.
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
- Broccoli - 500 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Greek yogurt - 6 tbsp.l.
- Greenery (any) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the broccoli in salted water, then flip it into a colander, cool and disassemble into inflorescences.
Hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into medium pieces.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the bones, cut the flesh into slices.
Place cucumbers cut into thin half rings in a bowl, add avocado slices, chopped eggs and broccoli there. Pass the garlic through a press and add it to the vegetables.
Season the salad with yogurt, add salt and pepper to taste, mix and add herbs at your discretion.
