An appetizing green mixture is familiar in Mexican restaurants. In the classic version, guacamole is served with corn chips, and is also added to meat and fish dishes, soups and salads. Try to cook guacamole at home - there is nothing complicated here!
Ingredients
- Avocado - 3 pcs.
- Onion - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 300 g
- Lime juice - 5 tbsp.l .
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Chili pepper - 1 pcs.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Peel the chili pepper from the seeds, chop.
Peel tomatoes, chop.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the pulp with a spoon and mash with a fork.
Add chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic and chili pepper to the avocado pulp. Season with lemon juice and salt to taste.
To achieve uniformity, I recommend to kill the guacamole with a blender. Serve guacamole with corn chips, slices of bread or slices of pita bread.
