Classic forshmak is made from herring, but nothing prevents you from taking another salted fish. This version of salmon is completely different from the traditional snack both in appearance and taste. But it definitely deserves attention and will fit perfectly on the festive table!
Ingredients
- Salmon - 400 g
- Orange - 0.5 pieces
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l .
- Philadelphia cheese - 100 g
- Ginger (grated) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind salmon, Philadelphia and mustard in a blender until smooth.
Add fresh grated ginger and chop everything again.
Add the orange juice and stir in the forshmak.
