Once in the USA, a Japanese chef came up with fried rolls. Everyone liked the crispy snack so much that it quickly gained worldwide popularity. Today we will try to cook it at home. For the recipe, you will need a deep fryer or a deep frying pan.
Ingredients
For rolls:
- Round rice (boiled) – 250 g
- Salmon (low salt) – 100 g
- Tuna (lightly salted) – 100 g
- Philadelphia Cheese - 200 g
- Algae - 50 g
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
For batter:
- Flour - 200 g
- Water - 200 ml
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Additional:
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Slice the salmon and tuna fillet.
Spread a bamboo mat on the table, lay out a sheet of nori and a layer of boiled rice.
Place cheese, tuna fillet, fish and seaweed on a wide edge with a strip.
Use the mat to roll up a tight roll.
Mix flour, water and salt.
Dip the roll in batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Put the finished roll on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
Cut into small pieces and place on a plate.
