I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes for vegetable canapes. Zucchini and carrots are not frequent guests in such snacks, but here they fit in very organically and harmoniously. However, you will need a grater for Korean carrots.
Ingredients
- Baguette - 8 slices
- Cream cheese - 8 art.l.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Green onion - 3 pen
- Greenery - 8 leaves
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate carrots and zucchini on a Korean grater.
Add chopped green onions and mix the vegetables with olive oil and spices.
Dry the baguette in a frying pan and brush the slices with cream cheese.
Put the vegetables on top and decorate the canapes with herbs.
