Do you want to eat fast food, but switched to proper nutrition? No problem, according to this recipe you can easily cook a delicious PP shawarma in lavash. You will need juicy vegetables, well-boiled beef and sour cream with a low percentage of fat content.
Ingredients
- Beef (boiled) – 300 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Onion - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 2 of the sheet
- Sour cream (15% fat content) – 100 g
- Lemon juice - 2 art.l.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Place in a bowl, mix with coriander and lemon juice. Cover with cling film and set aside for 5 minutes.
Chop beef, tomatoes and cucumbers.
Mix sour cream, garlic and salt passed through the press.
Spread the pita bread on the table and generously smear with fragrant sauce.
Lay out the salad leaf, beef, tomatoes, cucumbers and pickled onions.
Roll up a tight roll and lightly brown on the grill on both sides.
