Hummus is a delicious snack made of chickpea puree. It can be prepared in addition to the main meal, take with you on a picnic or to work. It turns out especially satisfying if you add crumbled feta. This type of submission is used in Greece.

Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
Chop the peeled garlic cloves, olive oil and sesame seeds in a blender.
Add lemon juice, oregano, salt, paprika and whisk for 2-3 minutes on medium speed.
Pour in the canned chickpeas and grind until smooth.
Put the finished hummus on a plate and sprinkle with crumbled feta.
