Ingredients
- Blueberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Vanillin - 15 g
- Lemon - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
To make this jam, you need to start by boiling syrup. To do this, mix sugar and water and put on fire. Bring the syrup to a boil.
Wash the berries well, remove the ones that have been drinking. When the syrup boils, we throw the berries there and cook for 20 minutes. 5 minutes before the end, add vanilla, the juice of two lemons and mix well.
We do not sterilize cans. As soon as the jam is cooked, we pour it into jars, slam the lids and wrap it with a warm towel. Let it stand until it cools down completely and send it to the refrigerator or pantry.
