Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the pears and finely chop or mince them.
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup until dissolved.
Add the pears and cook the jam for about 30-40 minutes on low heat.
In the middle of the process, add lemon juice and zest to taste.
Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
