Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the fish fillets into thin slices and put them in a bowl.
Add soy sauce, salt, spices and mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Put the pieces of fish on the tray of an electric dryer and dry for 6-8 hours at 60 degrees. Turn off the appliance periodically to flip and swap the fish pieces.
