Cooking hearty vegetarian sandwiches without meat is much easier than it seems at first glance. Catch a great idea with tofu and fried mushrooms. Fresh vegetables make a pleasant variety. If desired, add any favorite sauce.
Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Red cabbage - 50 g
- Bow purple - 0,5 pieces
- Lettuce - 4 of the sheet
- Tofu - 200 g
- Champignons - 6-8 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 pinch
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 1 pinch
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the bread in a dry pan until browned.
Cut tomatoes into thin slices, and purple onions into feathers. Finely chop the cabbage.
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry until golden with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle two plates of tofu about 7-10 mm thick with herbs and fry on the grill or in a small amount of oil.
Fold the sandwiches: bread, cabbage, lettuce leaf, tomatoes, tofu, mushrooms, onions, lettuce leaf and bread.
