Ingredients
- Bread - 4 slices
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Pesto sauce - 3-4 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the vegetables into circles, and pepper into pieces of about the same size.
Grill them until tender for a couple of minutes on each side. Season to taste.
Toast the bread and generously grease two slices of pesto.
Put the eggplant, zucchini, onion and pepper on the pesto, and cover with the remaining pieces of bread.
