One of the most versatile fillings for Japanese rolls is chuka. Seaweed has an expressive taste of its own, which goes well with rice and nori. Therefore, such rolls can also be made minimalistic – no problem.
Ingredients
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Algae (chuka) – 4 art.l.
- Round rice - 140 g
- Rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tbsp.l.
- Capelin caviar - 2 art.l.
- Mayonnaise (Japanese) – 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cook the rice according to the instructions. Add sugar, salt and vinegar, mix and let cool.
Cut the nori sheets in half and lay out a layer of rice.
Hide the chuka and capelin caviar mixed with mayonnaise.
Roll up tight rolls and cut with a wet knife.
