Feasts rarely go without a meat dish. If your holiday table is no exception, I advise you to use this recipe. A simple and delicious meatloaf can be served cold or hot, but always accompanied by your favorite sauces.
Ingredients
- Minced meat - 800 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bread - 100 g
- Mustard (acute) – 1 tsp.
- Milk - 120 ml
- Thyme - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crumble the bread into a bowl with warm milk and set aside for 10 minutes.
Peel onion and garlic, finely chop.
Mix minced meat, egg, onion, garlic, bread with milk, mustard, salt and spices.
Mix and beat well until viscosity appears.
Form a roll of minced meat and wrap it tightly in two layers of foil.
Bake for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
Carefully unwrap the foil and put the meatloaf in the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
