You've probably seen similar cheese chips in all sorts of cooking shows. They can be decorated with other dishes or served as an independent snack for beer. In this recipe I will tell you how to cook them so that they dry beautifully, and not just melt!
Ingredients
- Cheddar Cheese - 350 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the cheddar on a coarse grater and mix with herbs.
Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Place the cheese at a distance from each other in small flat islands. Not a roller coaster!
Send the cheese to a preheated 200 degree oven for 5 minutes. Take it out when the chips are as dry as possible.
Remove the portion from the baking sheet along with the parchment and let it dry in the air.
