Traditional hummus is made from legumes, and these legumes can be anything. For example, I really like to make it from white beans. It turns out to have a fairly neutral taste and a simple pleasant shade – a pleasure.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the beans overnight in advance and boil until soft. Leave the broth.
Fry the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden. Add cumin.
Chop the sesame seeds in a blender.
Add lemon juice and all other ingredients.
Whisk the hummus until smooth.
If it is too thick, add a little broth from the beans.
