Forshmak can be made not only from large herring, but also from small fish. For example, from sprat or tulle. This is much longer, because it will have to be cleaned. But this is a good solution for those who do not like the taste of ordinary herring.
Ingredients
- Fish (salted sprat or sprat) – 800 g
- White bread - 2 slices
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Butter - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the salted fish from the heads and entrails.
Soak the bread in water and boil the hard-boiled eggs.
Pass all ingredients, including butter, through a meat grinder 1-2 times.
Stir and season forshmak.
