Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet, mushrooms and peeled onions. Grate the cheese.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion and fry until transparent.
Pour in the champignons and cook until all the moisture evaporates.
Add chicken fillet, cream, ground pepper and salt. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.
Prepare the buns. Cut off the top part, carefully select the crumb so that a recess is formed.
Fill the buns with hot filling and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
