A simple recipe for a hearty dish for every day. A roll of pita bread with crab sticks, egg and cheese can be easily prepared even by an inexperienced cook. Keep in mind that the appetizer must necessarily lie in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Cheese - 100 g
- Dill - a couple of twigs
- Mayonnaise - 150 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Lavash (thin) – 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop crab sticks, dill and peeled eggs.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with crab sticks, eggs, cheese and dill. Add salt and ground pepper.
Roll up the roll, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
