I love seafood snacks, so I often cook them for holidays and just like that. Among my favorites are tartlets with shrimp and cottage cheese. They are prepared quickly, they always turn out beautiful and very tasty.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (boiled) – 12 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l.
- Tartlets - 12 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the shrimp with boiling water, peel off the shells and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Finely chop the greens and peeled garlic.
Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise and mix.
Put the curd filling in the tartlets, add the shrimp on top.
