If you want to start the day with a delicious and healthy breakfast, you will need an avocado pate. You can cook it in a few minutes. Just mash the avocado with a fork and mix it with additives. I recommend sprinkling ready-made sandwiches with red pepper flakes.

Ingredients

  • Avocado (ripe) – 2 pieces
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.
  • Lemon juice - 1,5 tbsp.l .
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the avocado in half, peel and stone.

Put the fruit pulp in a bowl and mash it well with a fork.

Add oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt and mix.
