Ingredients
- Zucchini - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Iceberg lettuce - 4 leaf
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Mayonnaise (lean) – 120 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Lavash (thin) – 4 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the zucchini into half circles.
Place in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry until tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Chop tomatoes and peeled onions.
Put the onion in a separate bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and mix.
Pass garlic through a press and mix with mayonnaise.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the salad, fried zucchini, onions and tomatoes. Turn the sides inside and roll up a tight roll.
