In order not to buy sausage, I sometimes cook chicken roll in the oven in foil. Fillings can be different: with cheese, fried vegetables, mushrooms and juicy pineapples. This recipe describes the classic version with herbs, garlic and butter.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 kg
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Greenery - 25 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken fillet into thick plates and beat it well.
Finely chop the herbs and peeled garlic.
Mix the soft butter with garlic and herbs.
Put the chops on foil, layering on top of each other. Sprinkle with spices and salt.
Lay out the workpiece with butter and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Roll up the roll. Wrap in an additional layer of foil and send it to the oven for 30-40 minutes, preheated to 190 degrees.
