Prepare rice for onigiri. Rinse the rice several times under running water, then put it to cook over medium heat. Cook until ready, as it is cooked, add vinegar with sugar and a pinch of salt to the rice. Stir and set aside.

Take the salmon and cut it into small cubes. You can buy fresh salmon and pickle it yourself, you can buy ready-made.

Form a flatbread from rice, put a little fish filling in the middle and roll a ball. form a triangle from the ball, this is the standard form of onigiri. Wrap them with a strip of nori and serve with soy sauce. You can also decorate the dish by sprinkling it with sesame seeds.
