For a hearty snack, I often cook crab roll in pita bread. The filling can be different: with garlic, fragrant herbs, corn and processed cheese. Today I will tell you the simplest version of this dish. Try it, you will definitely like it!
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 300 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 2 pieces
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Lavash (thin) – 2 of the sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop crab sticks and peeled eggs.
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, eggs and crab sticks.
Add salt and ground pepper to taste, mix.
Spread the pita bread on the table, lay out the workpiece and spread evenly over the entire surface.
Roll up the roll, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove the film and cut the crab roll in pita bread into portions.
