- Salad mix - 100 g
- Arugula - 100 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 8 pieces
- Crackers - 80 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the chicken in the oven in any convenient way and cut into slices.
Mix the salad mix with arugula and put it on plates.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and mix all the ingredients.
Add crackers to the salad.
Mix the oil, lemon juice and balsamic, and pour over the Caesar. Sprinkle it with your favorite spices.
