Salad with shrimp, avocado and cherry tomatoes is a real symphony of flavors and aromas! You can cook it for the holidays or just when you want to please the family with delicious. The recipe is very simple and will not take you much time.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (boiled tails) – 300 g
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Salad mix - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 500 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse the cooled shrimp tails with boiling water.
Rinse the salad mix and spread it out on a towel for 15 minutes to dry.
Peel the avocado, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Mix shrimp, avocado, salad mix, tomatoes, salt and ground black pepper.
Add olive oil and mix gently with special tongs.
Put the salad on a nice plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
