Ingredients
For salad:
- Canned fish (in oil) – 240 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 4 pieces
- Potatoes (boiled) – 250 g
- Carrots (boiled) – 250 g
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
For submission:
- Red Caviar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Parsley - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put canned fish on a plate and mash with a fork.
Peel the eggs from the shell, separate the whites from the yolks, grate on a fine grater.
Peel carrots and potatoes, grate.
Put the potatoes on the bottom of the glasses, season with salt and pepper.
Add layers of canned food and carrots. Pepper and salt again.
Mix the proteins with mayonnaise and put them in glasses.
Sprinkle thickly with yolks, garnish with parsley and red caviar.
