- Squid - 1 carcass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - on the tip of the knife
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Tartlets - 20 pieces
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Lower the squid carcass into boiling water and boil for 1 minute.
Put it in a bowl with cold water and set aside for 5 minutes.
Peel the cooled squid from the films and finely chop.
Chop the cucumber, peeled eggs and onion.
Mix all the blanks, add ground pepper, salt and mayonnaise.
Fill the tartlets with the prepared filling, place on a plate and serve.
