Julienne is a perfect example of how simple ingredients can turn into an exquisite and delicious dish. Even dried mushrooms go into business – and it turns out no worse than with fresh ones. Even more fragrant.
Ingredients
- Onion - 1 piece
- Dried mushrooms - 100 g
- Cheese - 80 g
- Cream - 300 ml
- Flour - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the mushrooms for an hour in cold water, then boil until soft and chop.
Chop the onion and fry until half cooked.
Add the mushrooms and fry until golden.
Mix everything with flour, season and after a couple of minutes pour in the cream.
Bring to a boil and simmer until thick.
Put julienne in molds, sprinkle with grated cheese and send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
