Forshmak from canned sardines is a quick and simple snack made from improvised ingredients. This is a significant time saving, because there is no need to disassemble the herring carcass. I advise you to use a blender, but you can even do with a grater.
Ingredients
- Canned fish (sardines) – 250 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Drain the liquid from the canned fish and send them to the blender.
Add the onion and eggs there, and chop everything until smooth.
Add mayonnaise and spices to the forshmak.
