Ingredients
- Mushrooms (same size) – 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Mineral water - 40 ml
- Flour - 5 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 1 pinch
- Breadcrumbs - 6 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk a homogeneous batter of eggs, mineral water and sifted flour with baking powder. Add spices as desired.
Dip the washed and dried mushrooms into the batter with skewers and let it drain a little.
Roll them in crackers and deep fry them until golden brown.
