Ingredients
- Salmon (sole) – 400 g
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Ground red pepper - 2 pinches
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the salmon pieces for 5-7 minutes in boiling water.
Let the fish cool down a little and chop in a blender.
Add the remaining ingredients and chop the pate again.
If necessary, add fish broth for consistency.
