Ingredients
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Round rice - 140 g
- Rice vinegar - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Herring (fillet) – 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 2-3 art.l.
- Tabasco - 2 drops
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cook the rice according to the instructions. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt. Season the rice and let it cool.
Lay the rice on the nori sheets in an even layer.
Mix mayonnaise with hot sauce to taste and lay out the scrub.
Lay out the herring cut into strips.
Roll up tight rolls with a special mat and cut them with a slightly damp knife.
