I love bruschettas for their beauty, simplicity and variety. They always decorate the festive table and are good as a snack when guests come. Such a colorful version with tuna, fresh tomatoes and lemon will definitely not leave anyone indifferent.

Cut the baguette into pieces and cut each lengthwise in half.

Fry each piece in a dry frying pan or on the grill, and then rub with garlic.

Cut the tomato into cubes, mix with chopped herbs, olive oil and Italian herbs.

Mash the tuna with a fork and arrange it into bruschettas.
