Ingredients
- Baguette - 1 piece
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Greenery - 5 twigs
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the baguette into pieces and cut each lengthwise in half.
Fry each piece in a dry frying pan or on the grill, and then rub with garlic.
Cut the tomato into cubes, mix with chopped herbs, olive oil and Italian herbs.
Mash the tuna with a fork and arrange it into bruschettas.
Put the chopped tomatoes on top, and lemon slices on them.
Sprinkle everything with fragrant spices to taste and garnish with herbs.
