Ingredients
- Bread - 2 slices
- Cottage cheese - 80 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Avocado - 1 pcs.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground red pepper - to taste
- Garlic (dry) – to taste
- Greenery (dill, green onion) – 1 bundle
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, carefully cut across into 3 parts.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, peel it. Cut the pulp into thin slices, then sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop the greens finely.
Cut the bread into slices, spread with cottage cheese. Put avocado and eggs on top, add salt and pepper to taste, add dry garlic. When serving, garnish with chopped herbs.
