Traditional hummus is made from legumes, but I really like to experiment in the kitchen and share the results of these experiments. One of the wonderful finds is sweet potato hummus. I strongly advise all connoisseurs to try it!

- Sweet potato - 1 piece
- Vegetable broth - 40 ml
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l .
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the sweet potato in foil in the oven until soft. About half an hour at 180 degrees.
Fry the sesame seeds until golden in a dry frying pan and grind in a blender with oil until smooth.
Add chickpeas, sweet potato pulp and other ingredients.
Whisk the hummus until smooth. Season to taste.
If necessary, add a little more oil or broth for consistency.
