The most delicious pates are obtained from the liver. But it doesn't have to be chicken or beef. For example, a separate treat is a cod liver pate. And to make the taste and texture more harmonious, I add onion and egg.
Ingredients
- Cod liver - 2 banks
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs.
Chop the onion and fry in oil in a frying pan.
Drain the fat from the cod liver.
Chop everything with a blender or meat grinder, add chopped dill and season the pate.
