Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the water, stir with a spoon so that a shallow funnel forms.
Carefully break the eggs into a cup and pour into the center of the funnel.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring the water with a spoon in one direction.
Catch the eggs with a slotted spoon and put them on a warmed plate.
Peel the avocado, remove the stone, slice and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Grease the bread with cottage cheese, put the sliced fish and avocado slices.
Place the poached egg carefully on top.
