Sprats and a loaf are an incredibly simple and obvious combination for sandwiches. But at the same time, it is a classic proven over the years, for which there is always a place at the festive table. I share my favorite recipe in a hurry.
Ingredients
- White bread (loaf) – 4 slices
- Butter - 4 tsp.
- Cucumbers - 1-2 pieces
- Sprats - 1 bank
- Quail eggs - 2 pieces
- Arugula - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dry the loaf pieces in a frying pan and brush with oil.
Boil the quail eggs 4-5 minutes after boiling and cut in half.
Put thin slices of cucumbers on the oil.
Then lay out the sprats and egg halves.
Decorate the sandwiches with arugula leaves.
