For this snack, I usually take lightly salted red fish - salmon, salmon or pink salmon. Depending on your taste preferences, you can replace it with smoked. Such sandwiches are certainly more interesting and more useful than ordinary sausage sandwiches.

- White bread - 4 slices
- Cottage cheese (with slide) – 2 art.l.
- Avocado - 1 pcs.
- Red Fish (lightly salted or smoked) – 4 slices
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Arugula - for decoration
- Sesame (black) – for decoration
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the avocado from the bone and skin, cut into thin slices.
Wash the arugula, dry it with a paper towel, chop it.
Smear slices of bread with cottage cheese, put pieces of red fish and slices of avocado on top. Season with ground pepper to taste.
Serve the sandwiches to the table, sprinkled with black sesame seeds and garnished with arugula.
