Many people are familiar with this French dish. You can cook it in different ways, but the best option, in my opinion, would be to bake Julienne in pots. The snack turns out juicy, fragrant and very tasty. Serve it on the table with pickled cucumbers or vegetable salad.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 120 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the chicken fillet, mushrooms and peeled onion.
Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
Add mushrooms, pepper, salt and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Put chicken fillet and fried mushrooms in layers in the prepared pots.
In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown.
Add the butter and while it is melting, stir. As a result, a homogeneous viscous mass should be obtained.
Pour in warm cream, add salt and nutmeg. Simmer all together for 5 minutes on low heat.
Pour the sauce into the pots and cover with grated cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
