Sesame salmon rolls are a classic example of uramaki. This is what rolls with rice outside and with nori inside are called. Don't worry, if everything is done according to the recipe – nothing will fall apart and crumble.
Ingredients
- Round rice - 150 g
- Water - 300 ml
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Nori - 2 of the sheet
- Sesame - 2 art.l.
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Salmon - 100 g
- Cream cheese - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the rice into boiling water and boil until it completely absorbs it.
Season it with vinegar, salt and sugar, and leave to cool under the lid.
Cut the nori sheets in half and put a layer of rice on each.
Sprinkle the rice on top with sesame seeds and turn the nori over.
Cut cucumber and salmon into strips, lay out the filling and add cream cheese.
Roll the rolls with a mat and cut with a wet knife.
