Eating right is not difficult and delicious. You can cook your favorite dishes by adapting them to new requirements. For example, I will tell you the recipe for Julienne pp with chicken and mushrooms. You will need sour cream and cheese with a low percentage of fat content. Otherwise, everything is as usual.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 350 g
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Cheese - 150 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the boiled fillet, mushrooms and peeled onion. Grate the cheese.
Fry the onion in oil until transparent.
Add the mushrooms and cook for another 10 minutes.
Brown the flour separately in a dry frying pan.
Add water mixed with sour cream, pepper and salt. Boil everything together for 2 minutes.
Arrange the chicken fillet and fried mushrooms in layers on the cocotnits.
Pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
